PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Cost details

The rate includes VAT and the following services:

The accompaniment of the Mountain Guide
Use of common materials

Not included:

Lift ticket
Cost of board and lodgings
Possible transfer fees
The cost of food and accommodation for the Guide
Clothing and footwear required for the activity
Skies or ski touring equipment
The rental of the avalanche rescue kit (ARTVA, probe and shovel)
Anything not expressly indicated above

Booking

Reservations must be made by e-mail and must include:

Name and surname of the client or contact person of the group
Telephone number and e-mail address
Date and program chosen
Price agreed

Deposit

All reservations must be confirmed with a Booking Deposit equal to 50% of the agreed price.

Balance

The balance of the agreed amount must be paid before the start of the program, at the guide’s office in Alagna.

Cancellation by the customer

In case the customer wishes to cancel the booking and then withdraw from the contract, the following penalties will be applied according to the given notice:

14 days before the scheduled date - possibility to move the date or full refund of the deposit.

7 days before the scheduled date - possibility to move the date (only once) or refund of the 50% of the deposit.

within 7 days from the scheduled date - the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Cancellation by the organizer

In case of cancellation by the organizer, the customer can request:

Moving the program to another date.
An alternative program, specifying any change in price.
A voucher for the amount of the program chosen, valid for the current season (reference to the period of opening of the sport facilities).
Withdraw from the contract without additional costs and request a refund of the entire deposit paid.

Changes to the program planned during the excursion

In case any condition (weather conditions, mountain conditions, physical condition of one or more members of the group …) should change while the program is running, the Guide may decide to change or interrupt the planned program. This decision is unquestionable and the agreed amount will be paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR COLLECTIVE TOURS

Group tours must be booked by e-mail and confirmation is made when the prepayment of € 70,00 per person is paid.

In case of cancellation by the customer, are valid the general cancellation policy.
