The prices shown include VAT and cover the following services:

– Use of shared equipment
Not included:
– Ski lift tickets
– Food and accommodation expenses
– Any transportation costs
– Food and accommodation expenses for the guide
– Appropriate clothing and footwear
– Any safety equipment necessary for the activity (harness, helmet, crampons, ice axe, via ferrata kit)
– Ski or ski mountaineering equipment
– Rental of avalanche rescue kit (ARTVA, probe, and shovel)
– Anything not expressly mentioned above
INSURANCE
All our Mountain Guides have professional liability insurance.
Please note that the activities do not include accident insurance for participants
Participants without accident insurance, when accompanied by a mountain guide registered with the Piedmont Professional Association, may take out a policy as indicated at the following link: click here
BOOKING
Reservations must be made by email and must include:
- First and last name of the customer or group representative
- Telephone number and email address of all participants.
- Date and chosen program
- Agreed price
Deposit
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price, to be paid within 48 hours. The deposit confirms the professional services of the guide for the requested activity. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Balance
The balance of the full amount must be paid within 4 DAYS of the start of the program directly at the Alagna office, by bank transfer or credit card. For accounting reasons, the balance must be paid by the person who previously paid the deposit.
Cancellation by the Client
If the client wishes to cancel the booking and withdraw from the contract, the following conditions will apply depending on the notice given:
More than 7 days before the scheduled activity – the client may either reschedule the activity or receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.
Between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled activity – the client may reschedule the activity using a voucher valid for the current season.
DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE
If cancellation occurs within 2 days of the activity, participants must pay the full price.
All participants in the excursion are subject to the above conditions even in the event of a change in the number of participants.
If the number of participants decreases after booking, the agreed amount (deposit and balance) remains unchanged.
Cancellation by the organizer
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the customer may request:
- The postponement of the program to another date.
- An alternative program, specifying any change in price.
- A voucher for the amount of the chosen program, valid for the current season (reference to the opening period of the facilities).
- Withdrawal from the contract at no additional cost and request a refund of the entire deposit paid in case of cancellation for serious reasons on the part of the guide.
Changes to the planned program during the trip
If, during the program, circumstances arise that compromise the safety of the group (weather conditions, mountain conditions, physical condition of individual group members, etc.), the guide has the right to decide to change or interrupt the planned program. This decision is final and the agreed amount must be paid in full.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR GROUP TRIPS
Group trips must be booked by email and confirmation will be provided upon payment of a deposit of €100 per person.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the general cancellation policy applies.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the customer may request:
- The program to be moved to another date
- An alternative program, specifying any change in price
- A voucher for the amount of the chosen program, valid during the current season (subject to the facilities’ opening period).
- To withdraw from the contract at no additional cost and request a refund of the entire deposit paid in the event of cancellation for serious reasons on the part of the guide.
